Officiate
Officials are the backbone of the USKA, ensuring fair competition for all singers by enforcing the rules and regulations that govern the sport of competitve karaoke.
The USKA has volunteer officials serving in a wide variety of positions across the sport. Some are current or former singers, some are from across the entertainment industry and others are simply people who love Karaoke and want to ensure everyone has access to fair competition.
Becoming and serving as an official takes time, but it also has a lot of perks. First and foremost, getting to watch the performers, usually from the best seat in the house, knowing you’re making it possible for singers to pursue their dreams by providing the support necessary for competitions to be held. When you add on the ability to interact with wonderful and interesting people who also share a passion for singing, the decision becomes a no-brainer.
