Music found me in my church choir and carried me onto my high school's select choral team, where I learned the power of harmony and community. When my boys were little, bedtime became our stage, lullabies that stitched calm a d connection into our nights. In recent years I've rekindled that love through karaoke, showing up to share a song and be fully present. Watching a room smile and sing along reminds me why I keep singing, it fills my heart and grounds my spirit.
