Candice is a single mother of four, ages 23, 20, 14, and 5, and she is also a proud grandmother to almost three-year-old Lenox. When she’s not singing or competing, you can find her on the ball field playing co-ed and women’s slowpitch softball or relaxing at the beach with her family, soaking in the waves and sunshine.

This year marks Candice's third year competing in Vegas for the USKA/IKF title. Both previous years she has made the dreaded HUGE cut after round 1, however she has never made it to top 8. That is her personal goal this year.

Candice has truly cherished the new family she has made through music, forming a close-knit family with her team from Washington State and also with many others across the nation.

For her, music is more than just a hobby; it’s a powerful way to express feelings that words can’t always convey. It offers comfort during tough times and enhances joyful moments, making it a vital part of her life. When she sings, her emotions resonate deeply, creating an emotional experience for everyone who listens.
