About

Music has always been my greatest passion — my mom likes to say I was whistling before I could even talk, and once I started singing, there was no turning back. I studied opera at IU Southeast but struggled to find where I truly fit in the music world, eventually taking two years away from it altogether.

Everything changed when I discovered Rock Garage, a local organization that pairs musicians of all levels into real bands and gives everyday people the chance to experience the stage. Thanks to Rock Garage — and the incredible support of Preston and Rocky Nash — I rediscovered my voice, my passion, and my confidence. It’s also how I found my band, Rhino Down, who I have the joy of performing with whenever I can.

The road here hasn’t been easy. I’ve faced dyslexia, autism, kidney cancer, and a rare genetic connective tissue disorder (hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome). But through every challenge, music has been my anchor — the one constant that never left my side.

Now, I sing to show others that no matter what life throws at you, you can still chase your dreams. You might have to do things differently, but that’s what makes your voice — and your story — uniquely your own.
