USKA Announces Organizational Re-Alignment and Leadership Structure

The United States Karaoke Association (USKA) is proud to announce a strategic re-organization designed to strengthen its operational framework and enhance the growth of competitive karaoke across the nation. This restructuring introduces a clear and efficient leadership hierarchy, ensuring better coordination, support, and development at all levels.

The new USKA organizational structure is as follows:

  • Board of Directors – The governing body overseeing the vision, policies, and strategic direction of USKA.

  • USKA President – Leading the association’s national initiatives, partnerships, and overall operations.

  • USKA National Director – Coordinating city, state and regional directors and ensuring uniformity in competition standards.

  • USKA State City / State / Regional Director – Overseeing operations, competitions, and engagement at the city, state and regional levels.

RICH MASON - USKA National Director

USKA is also thrilled to announce that Rich Mason, a two-time IKF Karaoke Cup World Finalist, has joined USKA as the National Director. In this role, Mason will coordinate policy, ensure consistent competition standards, and work closely with all directors to foster growth and engagement within the karaoke community.
